Pricing

  • On all orders within Australia, standard shipping is $2.50 AUD.

  • Customers in Australia may choose Express Shipping for $8.95 and New Zealand $12.95 AUD.

  • International orders: Please populate your address at the check-out for shipping cost.

Shipping Service

  • All orders are trackable and shipped with Australia Post.

  • Orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days.

  • When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@fiorrbeauty.com with your name and order number, and we will process your request.

Return & Exchange Policy:

You have 30 days from the time you get your item to request a return under our 30-day return policy.

Your item must be considered faulty in order to be eligible for a return. Refunds for change of heart are not accepted by us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to make exchanges.

Contact us using our contact form to begin a return.
We won't accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping fees are not refundable, and they will not be covered if they are incurred during the refunding procedure.

We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately at admin@fiorrbeauty.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
